In-Person Sales

All in-person purchases, including cash, credit card, debit card, and other point-of-sale transactions, are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided unless required by applicable law.

Purchases Through GTG.MEDIA

Products purchased directly through GTG.MEDIA may be reviewed for refunds, returns, or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at Ashcroft Group's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

eBay Purchases

Items sold through our eBay store are governed by the return and refund policy stated in the individual eBay listing. Those policies may differ from purchases made directly through GTG.MEDIA or during in-person sales.

Product Descriptions

Ashcroft Group makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent products through descriptions, photographs, condition notes, pricing, and disclosed details. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available information before completing a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests for eligible purchases may be considered if the item is materially different from its listing, the incorrect item was provided, or significant undisclosed damage existed before shipment or transfer. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, custom or personalized products, made-to-order items, digital products, clearance items, promotional items, products sold as-is, and used products with disclosed wear are generally not eligible for refunds.

Inspection Requirement

Buyers are encouraged to inspect products before completing an in-person transaction. Acceptance of an item at pickup, delivery, or shipment indicates that the buyer acknowledges receipt of the item in acceptable condition unless otherwise documented at that time.

Reporting Issues

Any issue should be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or receipt. We may request photographs, documentation, listing information, communication records, or other supporting evidence before reviewing a claim.

Approved Resolutions

If a claim is approved, Ashcroft Group may choose to provide a full refund, partial refund, replacement, repair, store credit, or another mutually agreed resolution. The selected remedy is at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping charges, delivery fees, payment processing fees, transaction fees, taxes, and similar costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved by Ashcroft Group.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle a buyer to a refund. Ashcroft Group reserves the right to provide transaction records, photographs, messages, tracking information, and other supporting documentation when responding to payment disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashcroft Group's liability is limited to the original purchase price paid for the applicable product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Policy Updates

Ashcroft Group may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
