Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship?
Yes. Many products are available for nationwide shipping through our official eBay listings. Items marked with an online purchase option include a direct purchase link. Some products remain local pickup only due to size, weight, or shipping limitations.
Can I reserve an item?
Items are generally sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We may temporarily hold an item for an arranged local pickup, but availability is never guaranteed until payment has been completed.

How do I buy something?
If an item is listed on eBay, simply use the Purchase Online button on its product page. For local pickup, custom creations, or questions about an item, send us a message on Instagram.
What are drops?
Every Friday, we release a new collection of items for sale. Previous drop item pricings are typically reduced to a blowout sale price.
Status Meanings
Available: The item is available for purchase.
Pending: Someone has expressed intent to purchase, but the item may still become available.
Sold: The item has been sold and is no longer available.
NFS: Not currently available for sale. These items may be display pieces, upcoming products, or custom examples.
Are electronics tested?
Yes. Electronics are tested before listing, and many are video recorded during final testing before shipment or pickup. Any known cosmetic or functional issues are disclosed in the product listing.
What are Drops?
New arrivals are released every Friday. As each new drop becomes available, select items from previous drops may receive limited-time promotional pricing while inventory remains available.

Test Fitting
We encourage you to try on any watch before completing your purchase to ensure a comfortable fit. If adjustments are needed and you decide to proceed with the purchase, we will gladly refer you to one of our recommended local jewelers for professional sizing. Tampering with a watch may void any applicable warranty. Refer to warranty information for more details.
Warranty Information
New Watches may be returned within 72 hours of purchase for a refund, subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees. Refund requests may be denied if the watch is returned in a different condition than when it was sold. After the 72-hour return period, all watch sales are considered final. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing your transaction.
Professional Resized?
If your watch is professionally resized by one of our recommended jewelers, your return eligibility may remain valid. Please contact us and let us know the watch was resized so we can complete a virtual inspection and confirm that no new damage has occurred. If the watch remains in acceptable condition, we will honor the return policy and arrange pickup and refund processing. If additional damage is found, the refund may be reduced by applicable fees or the return may be declined.
Ashcroft Group reserves the right to deny any return or refund request and to refuse, limit, or void any warranty or return eligibility at its sole discretion, regardless of the reason. Nothing in this policy guarantees approval of a return, refund, or warranty claim.
Buying Notes
Product information is kept as accurate as possible, but availability can change quickly. Listings may sell locally or through eBay before the website updates. If you're planning a local pickup, we recommend messaging us first to confirm availability and arrange a meeting location.
Payment Summary
All sales are final unless otherwise required by the selling platform. eBay purchases follow eBay's policies and buyer protections. Local cash transactions include a receipt retained for up to six months*. If you would like a printed receipt, please request one before pickup.
